It's official - I have a storefront space in the Edna Hart building in Silver Lake - it's less than 2 miles from my house! Quite a change of pace from driving out to Santa Monica from Hollywood six days a week. I'll be in the left-hand window as you face the shop:
It's right around the corner from the Silver Lake Trader Joe's. My door is on the left side of the building, and I'll be able to put my own sign up. Parking in the back! Woo hoo! Edna sells some very nice jewelry (dangerous...) and cool handbags along with gift items. I think we are a very good fit!
I'll be making and selling corsets in this new space, and there's room enough for a table and some machines so I can continue to teach private sewing lessons as well. Everything will be by appointment only still until the end of August when I will have some regular store hours (won't that be amazing...)
